I have been waiting 20+ years to buy my DREAM TRUCK, a 2019 F-250 King Ranch. This dealer didn't have the truck I wanted and told them I would probably have to wait yet another year and order a 2020. Rick Dike and Jeff Smith got together and searched the 5 state area for the closest match to what all I wanted on my truck. THEY FOUND IT, in Arkansas. We have had a lot of Jerry Reynolds cars in the past and when I say Jerry Reynolds cars, Chevy's, Buick's, Fords, etc. and the experience couldn't be easier. Lightning Fast Process Walked in, ask For Jeff Smith, he was right out. I told him what I was looking for and he searched the inventory. They didn’t have what I was looking for do we went to the lot to see what they had. Didn’t take but 5 minutes to find my Race Red STX Super Crew with the Eco-Boost. Jeff got all the paperwork done and sent to my bank. The next day I got my draft letter and went back. I was off the lot in my truck in 30 minutes. Total time on lot was 1 1/2 hours. No pressure sells tactics for extras. I HIGHLY recommend Five Star Ford and Jeff Smith to anyone who wants to get in and out in a Ford vehicle. Great experience! More

Great buying experience Found the vehicle on the internet. Took less that 2 hours to get the deal completed including financing through Ford Motor Credit.
