Bought a new 2022 Mustang GT from Southwest Ford last year. They sold me on the extended warranty, as well as a windshield protection plan through a company called CalTex. My experience with CalTex left year. They sold me on the extended warranty, as well as a windshield protection plan through a company called CalTex. My experience with CalTex left a lot to be desired, as they didn’t want to replace my windshield, when a pebble hit it, and left a huge crack about a month ago. I expressed my displeasure at Southwest Ford, since they had sold me on this plan. But the people at Southwest Ford were amazing! It took some time for them to deal with CalTex on my behalf, but they were finally able to convince them to cover my windshield replacement. I highly recommend buying from Southwest Ford, they’ve got wonderful people working there! More
