I have purchased or leased numerous luxury vehicles over the past 4 decades and have had uniformly great experiences until this dealership. The car in question is a Porsche Taycan and was there for recall i the past 4 decades and have had uniformly great experiences until this dealership. The car in question is a Porsche Taycan and was there for recall issues and was purchased in another state. The seat belt assembly was replaced on both front seats which took 3 weeks for completion. After repair, the passenger seat was apparently not tested and now the seat belt alarm rings incessantly anytime someone sits in the passenger seat. The car must now be returned for more work to eliminate this problem. Additionally, this was a leased car which we wanted to purchase. We contacted the dealership weeks prior to the end of the lease and were told that they could handle the transition. No one ever returned our calls. We got a new person every time we called to set up the purchase and after 2 weeks of repetitive calls and 4 different people in sales and finance, we were told the day before the end of the lease that we must return the car there in person in order for the purchase to occur. It turns out that the car can be purchased directly from Porsche without any of the turmoil that this dealership now says we need to do. This dealership is very very small and does not look or feel like any other Porsche dealership I have ever encountered. We live in a different small city and will not visit this dealership for any reason again. We will drive to Atlanta in the future. This does not meet the standards of a typical Porsche dealership. More

It was certainly worth my two-hour plus drive to have my car serviced by this dealership. My service advisor, Parke Stafford, paid very close attention to my needs and the assigned mechanic, Roger Laferla, car serviced by this dealership. I have owned many Mercedes Benz vehicles and this was the best ever experience at a dealership. I was allowed to go into the very impressive, clean workshop area and see my vehicle up on the ramp and for the first-time ever was invited to ride with the mechanic on the pre-service test drive. This has now become my dealership of choice, even though there are other dealers closer to my home. More

I called and was directed to Joe Trozzo. He was great! I drove from Panama City Fl. to Tallahassee to meet Joe and he made transaction easy peasy! He quoted me a price and it was Exactly what I ended up paying. While my car was at the dealership hurricane Michael hit us hard in Callaway Fl.. They went out of their way to oblige when I requested them to keep my car for me while we dug out from the debris. Great company... More
