I told Mike I was there to test drive and potentially purchase a 2020 Subaru Forester Sport with some specific features I was adamant about having. Mike showed me exactly which vehicles had what I wanted and allowed me to test drive the one I ended up taking home! Mike was extremely friendly, personable, and professional. We discussed family, friends, life, all while I made my first car purchase. Mike treated my father and I like his own family and I will never forget the experience. Jen in finance was equally as wonderful, shares my birthday, and made the financing process easy and stress-free. The personal touches and family feel are exactly why I’ll recommend Tucson Subaru to my friends and family. More

Found Just What I Need I had picked out the vehicle that I wanted to test drive before I called the dealership and was connected with Jakob. Jakob was very helpful in inform I had picked out the vehicle that I wanted to test drive before I called the dealership and was connected with Jakob. Jakob was very helpful in informing me about the different options available on the vehicle I was interested in. Jakob took lots of time to show me different trims of vehicles to help me determine what types of features were important to me. After going home for a week to research other vehicles, Jakob was available for further questions and was never pushy into making a sale. Once I had decided on a vehicle, I came in and Jakob took me for another test drive. Overall, I had a great experience working with Jakob. Jennifer was very informative in explaining the different options available in the F&I office. At no time was she pushy about making a sale of additional products and got me in and out into my new car quickly. More
