The transaction went well until my temp tag about to expire. When I called DMV trying to get temp tag renewed, then i found out that the dealer never send the application. Then my nightmare begins.It tu expire. When I called DMV trying to get temp tag renewed, then i found out that the dealer never send the application. Then my nightmare begins.It turns out that the financial advisor Jennifer, didn’t even finish collecting all signatures needed to send the application. Andrew, the sales, was mad about why I can’t go to DMV myself. Well, that only works if the application being submitted. After at least 10 calls, I finally was able to talk to manager who actually found out what’s going on and handled the situation. Overall, not pleasant experience, especially considering how easy I was when purchasing the car. More

I had an incredibly frustrating encounter with Mercedes of Portland, a car dealership. They sold me a vehicle that necessitated a VIN verification and smog check, which are typically the dealer's responsib of Portland, a car dealership. They sold me a vehicle that necessitated a VIN verification and smog check, which are typically the dealer's responsibilities. Shockingly, it took them a staggering 8 months to pay the DMV, resulting in the DMV reaching out to me regarding the delayed payment. This behavior is in direct violation of the law for a dealer. To compound the situation, I was repeatedly pulled over by law enforcement during this time due to the absence of license plates on the car. The salespeople at Mercedes of Portland consistently made empty promises to reimburse me and failed to uphold our agreed-upon terms. I wholeheartedly caution against purchasing a vehicle from this dealer. They are deceitful individuals who have orchestrated the most abysmal car buying experience I have ever endured. It is disheartening that even a dealership affiliated with the esteemed Mercedes name would partake in such unscrupulous practices. I firmly hold Nickolas Kalantari accountable for this nightmarish ordeal, and I believe he has taken no action to assist or rectify the situation. More
