Awesome experience!! I recently purchased a Q7 from Audi Chattanooga. My entire experience could not have been better. My sales person was Rob Farris. He knew everything I recently purchased a Q7 from Audi Chattanooga. My entire experience could not have been better. My sales person was Rob Farris. He knew everything about the vehicle and answered all of my questions. There was no pressure at all and I was able to drive four different vehicles while making my decision. I did take me time in deciding which vehicle to purchase. I was undecided on whether I was going to purchase an Audi or stick with BMW. I am very glad I went with Audi. First of all the Q7 is an amazing vehicle. Rob and everyone I encountered at the dealership were so friendly. Again, zero pressure. And Jeremy, the GM, is also super nice to work with. Jonathan Logan in finance made the business part of the transaction go smooth and quick. I am confident I made the right decision to go with Audi Chattanooga and I really, really love my Q7! More

SAVED ME! Full disclosure-I have never purchased a car from this dealership, I don’t even live in the state! I was on my way home from the ever heart wrenching Full disclosure-I have never purchased a car from this dealership, I don’t even live in the state! I was on my way home from the ever heart wrenching college drop off in Flordia. My Audi Q7 desiel min oil light came on. I pulled over checked it and yes it was below the Min line. I tired 2 gas stations, Walmart, and an Auto Zone tiring to find the right oil. My attempts were all unsuccessful. I called the nearest Audi dealer and unfortunately the service department was closed. ALL I NEEDED WAS OIL! I tried one more store with no luck. I then called the dealer back and I was going to plead my case and hope by some chance someone could help, well at the same time I was doing this my husband was doing the same thing (we did not plan this, great minds I like to think). Well the Manager Jeremy had gotten wind of what was going on, and told the wounderful receptionist to send me over they would do all they could to help. When I arrived to the dealership everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Jeremy introduced himself and said they were able to get the key to the service department and they found one, ONE case of oil left that my car needed. He then went out put one quart, yes only one quart of oil in it and it was good to go. I was a bit bewildered as it should have taken much more. Jeremy reassured me the best he could that my car was good to go, he gave me the remaining case of oil, just in case. Then handed me his card and said if at anytime the rest of my adventure home something happened give him a call and they will help me. I still had over 6 hours on the road left. Jeremy shook my hand, I hugged him, feeling so thankful and reassured. I hit the road and the car has been great ever sense. I did take it in to my local dealer just to make sure all was well. They verified the min light had come on, however could not tell me why, or what had occurred. If it was not Six hours away I would only take my cars Audi of Chattanooga as I have way more confidence in them. Me and my husband agree that the next Audi will come from Audi of Chattanooga. This team is a top rate crew that cares not only about the product they are selling, they care about the people. Audi is a great product and if the team standing behind the cars are not professional and knowledgeable then the Audi name is nothing. Trust me I know, my local dealer was surprised I could check the oil in my car, “cuz you cant do that on an Audi”. Thank you again Team Chattanooga, and Jermemy thank you for going above and beyond to help out someone that you owed nothing to. Cheers- More
