I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle and LOVE my Ford Escape! Charlie is a no-pressure rep with years of experience and a solid knowledge of vehicles. Buying a car can be intimidating, but Charli my Ford Escape! Charlie is a no-pressure rep with years of experience and a solid knowledge of vehicles. Buying a car can be intimidating, but Charlie was amazing with helping me through the process. I want to keep my Escape forever - it's been a fantastic car. However, if (when) I buy another vehicle, I will go to Heritage Ford and I will ask to work with Charlie. I've had the car over two years now, and am impressed and pleased with the service department. They are efficient, friendly, and communicative. I highly recommend Heritage Ford and Charlie Moriarty!
