I have been in the car business for 16 years as a Sales Consultant, floor and desk Manager whos been certified for 11 years. Salesman of the month over 70 times and Salesman of the year 5 times. Just love what I do, if I hit the lotto I would still sell cars. Some of my dearest relationships over's the years has come from people I've sold cars to. They say, that if you do something over 10 years that you are a expert. That being said, I would buy a car from my self because I do care. I have been with the Mileone group for a little over a year and I love it! The inventory is second to none and our customer service is excellent.

I ordered a corvette almost 2 years ago, I just got it not to long ago, first when I got it, after that I order the badge only with the 70 years anniversary, that put the wrong one and have my first and l not to long ago, first when I got it, after that I order the badge only with the 70 years anniversary, that put the wrong one and have my first and last name spelled wrong! After 4 days that I had the corvette the check engine light came on I add a massage that tells me that soon I'm not going to be able to shift gears, I took right away to the service department, day later I add to go away for three weeks so I left the car over there, first thing that I did when I back it was to get the corvette out, after a day I add the massage again! I try to call the service department to bring them the car again after few times that I try to call and only get an answering machine I left the massage, no body call me back! After two days I tried again finally I was able to set a time to drop off the car I ask for a loner car, that told me that thay don't have any... I tried to get the service manager he wasn't there so I left a massage and ask him to call me back, I tried fwo time to rich him because he didn't call me back and I still waiting! I waited almost two years to get my dream car! My add so many extra so it was very expensive. Since I get it it was only at the shop pretty much! This time they told me that it will take at least 2-3 weeks, the car was more than 100k and it brand new! It is ridiculous that this is how heritage chevrolet treats there costumer. I tried to be patient but I think I had enough! More

Our experience was AHH-MAZING! What I love most about Mr. Jerome is his thoroughness and knowledge. What I love most about Heritage is, they don't xx you. Although I was a customer, they did not attempt to " Jerome is his thoroughness and knowledge. What I love most about Heritage is, they don't xx you. Although I was a customer, they did not attempt to "sell me" but more so to cater to my immediate needs as well future needs. I drove OVER an HOUR to purchase this vehicle and it was worth every bit of that drive! Do yourself a favor and purchase your vehicle from Heritage. Service your vehicle at Heritage. AND, use Jerome as your salesman. Their GM Mike is super amazing too. His qualities of leadership and his knowledge, exudes through his employees. Thank you all. More
