Seriously, the easiest most painless car buying experience ever. My sales representative, Carrie, took care of me from a to z in a friendly, yet professional manner. She made is fun and fast!! Mazda has really created an impressive line up of SUVs. I ditched my Lexus RX350 for this spacious CX-9 with all of the bells and whistles. Very satisfied with my purchase!!!

A couple weeks ago I bought my wife a CX-3 at the Cerritos Mazda dealership. After driving it for a while, I decided I wanted to upgrade *my* car as well, and went looking for a Machine Gray CX-5 Grand Touring. They were out of stock at Cerritos so I submitted a dealer query through the CostCo Auto Buying program.
Carrie with the Huntington Beach Mazda Dealership called me about ten seconds later, and I'm glad she did.
She knew her stuff; could answer all my questions about the car and how the features in the CS-5 compared to the CX-3 (which I knew) and the CX-9 (which I was also thinking about getting). Very patient and knowledgeable. Knowing I didn't want to spend six hours in the dealership again, she did as much as possible to work with me to get as much out of the way and ready for me at the dealership.
While we were taking the CX-5 for a test drive, Joe had a CX-9 cleaned up for me to take for a spin as well.
When it came time to do all the paperwork, the finance officer, Louie, was very straightforward about every single line item, and he went out of his way to find ways to save me some money.
After we were done and I was about to walk out the door, the manager, Jerry, found out I had just recently purchased a CX-3 -- he mentioned Mazda has a loyalty program which lowered my price *another* $500. So Louie and I had to go back to the finance room and re-do the paperwork ... for an even lower price.
I should reiterate that I was about to walk out the door, and they didn't have to go out of their way to put in the additional discount.
It's a quality shop with quality folks. I really regret not purchasing the CX-3 from here as well. My older son may be in the market for a vehicle soon, and I know exactly who I'm going to call.
