Ordered a new Bronco and waited for Ford to deliver. Once it was there, the team was quick and professional to get it prepped and into my hands. Once it was there, the team was quick and professional to get it prepped and into my hands. More

Sent an inquiry and received the automated reply. The next day received an email from Sherry, which I replied to with questions; no reply to that. Received more emails and asked the same questions, then next day received an email from Sherry, which I replied to with questions; no reply to that. Received more emails and asked the same questions, then Jerry Kraft became involved. I asked the same questions, specifically about the brand and condition of the bed cover; no reply. I’ll bring my $50k elsewhere. More

Despite never stepping foot in the dealership, Nick was in constant communication with me throughout the entirety of the process. I would highly recommend working with Nick for anyone looking to purchase a new car or truck. More

Customer service is terrible!!!!! I'm working with you to give you money, not take your money. Walked in the dealership with cash and financing in-had ready to make a purchase that day. Went an entire mont give you money, not take your money. Walked in the dealership with cash and financing in-had ready to make a purchase that day. Went an entire month from the initial promise of making a deal happen with no follow up at all - was completely blown off - on two different occasions/deals. Told the sales team I was in dire need for a vehicle so I even followed up in person and talked to the sales manager - told him I haven't heard anything from the salesperson I was working with after they said they found me a vehicle and "if anyone can make it happen, it's Suburban, we have connections". He said he would follow up - nothing. Suburban could have made $150k in easy sales from me, but decided I wasn't worth it. Can't believe I stepped foot in there after the first time I was blown off. My mistake, I guess. More

Dodging my phone calls I found a 2015 Ford F350 platinum at Suburban Ford in Michigan and drove from Chicago Illinois to purchase it. I arrived late in the day and pointed I found a 2015 Ford F350 platinum at Suburban Ford in Michigan and drove from Chicago Illinois to purchase it. I arrived late in the day and pointed out some of the visual flaws I saw on the vehicle to my salesman Jerry Kraft. They discounted it since I wasn't told about the poor condition of the bed and front grill before my 4 hour drive. We agreed on a price a little over fair market value based on the Ford certification. I have never purchased a used ford truck before and wanted something as close to new as possible. That's why I wanted the Ford certification with the 172 point inspection. When I drove the vehicle home, the check engine light came on around 11pm. After my local ford dealers had it multiple times, they found many issues with the truck. The emissions system had an issue with the urea injection, the 4x4 wasn't working, the truck would intermittently dart violently, there was rewiring issues done under the hood, the trailer hitch was bent along with the rear bumper, and this was only the start of the issues. The vehicle was Canadian originally, so the last 3 dealers I have taken it to say that the value about half of what it should be. One dealer also pointed out that the vehicle was probably in an accident before I bought it, since it was repainted. Based on all these facts, the vehicle could not be Ford Certified by Ford's definition. The local dealers have informed me that Suburban Ford must have not gone through the rigorous certification process and just labeled it as certified after clearing the codes. I sent my salesman Jerry a few messages to let him know how displeased I was, but he just responded by asking me to bring it into my local dealership. I have tried to reach out to the dealership many times this week to see what we can do, but both Jerry Kraft and Don Marotta are dodging my calls. Learn from my mistake, don't deal with this dealership, don't purchase a Canadian titled vehicle, and don't trust the Ford Certified used program... More
