First, I can not say enough POSITIVE things about Max Motors Ford in Manhattan KS. This dealership is AWESOME . Henry Bacon and Jerry are the best in the business. Dealer would not honor a rebate unless vehicle was finaced with Ford. This was not specific on the ad and the seller was rude ans disrespectful. When I elevated the issue to the manager, the issue did finaced with Ford. This was not specific on the ad and the seller was rude ans disrespectful. When I elevated the issue to the manager, the issue didn't seem to matter to him. I did end up buying the vehicle because I really wanted it and the finance percent was only 2 points higher with Ford. I'm still dealing with the dealership for titling issues and the salesman is still rude, disrespectful, and is very confrontational. I would not recommend this dealership. More

I feel they were happy for me to buy the Sonata, but the sales manager never returned my call. Both Rodney and John said that they would make my concern known to him.
