When we walked in and asked to see it, we were told that they were sorry but that vehicle had been sold four days earlier. Also, not one of the 7 or 8 staff in the showroom area were wearing masks. Needless to say we were greatly disappointed and will never go there again or recommend it. Jessie apologized which helped a little. More

Never again Very Poor professionalism. Took over 5 hours to get a deal. The salesmen had no respect, but worst was the guy that worked with the bank. Acted like Very Poor professionalism. Caution if you are new to purchasing a car from dealership. I found nice cars and eager people to help. But I didnt get a chance to negotiate the price of the car or even how much I was buying the car for. I wa I found nice cars and eager people to help. I'm like for how much. Never knowing the exact price. .I know everyone wants a sale but I'll always be more careful next time . I rated my sales man low in areas because I felt I was pushed through and after sale was made the car was on empty we asked for the car to be filled up he agreed then only put a half tank in. I'm mad at myself for signing the papers with out negotiating the price More

I went through Capital One as my finance supplier... on capital one’s website you can pick your car before going to the dealership so that’s what I did.. when I got there the prices were completely different due to “rebates” and “ Price advertisement” it was 2 day process and the finance consultant was rude... I walked the lot by myself to search for my car and was yelled by the finance consultant when I asked about the price listed on the website... and I quote “capital one can’t tell me what price to sell my cars!!” How embarrassing, it was extremely difficult to find the car I wanted and needed and I felt disrespected...
