Great place. Everyone is always helpful. Great service. My only complaint is that I am super annoyed with all of the survey requests!! I got a new car last month and I’ve probably been asked to complete 12 surveys. Not sure what’s going on with that, but even after unsubscribing, I am still getting yet again another survey to complete. Will just have to start giving a poor rating for every survey I get. I would’ve given 5 Stars but it’s been a month now so I’m going with just 4 stars now.

I owned a brand new TSX from Ferman Acura for over 9 years. So when it was time for a new car, I contacted a few Acura dealerships within the bay area. Greg Mills and Jesse Dickinson went out of their way to answer all my questions at Ferman Acura. I inquired via the internet at first as just to get an idea on my trade and pricing. Gregory Mills contacted me and was very professional and pleasant. My intent to get a new car in the summer of 2018 was accelerated to November of 2017 because of the wonderful service Greg Mills provided. We agreed on a test drive over the weekend and before the end of the day, I was driving home in a brand new 2018 TLX with a very attractive payment. I never felt any pressure and the entire experience was even better than my previous one with Ferman Acura. This is my second brand new Acura from Ferman and I'm very pleased with my decision. Everyone at this dealership is friendly and happy to help. I would highly recommend seeing Greg Mills at Ferman Acura if you're interested in an Acura product!
