Communication is poor. You never get a call back no matter how many messages you leave. Service is the worst I have seen. They don't have the parts they need and it takes You never get a call back no matter how many messages you leave. Service is the worst I have seen. They don't have the parts they need and it takes several months to get a simple repair done. They send recall notices, and then fail to have the parts to fix it. Then they won't even look at it to see if it's a safety issue, because they don't want to be burdened with keeping the car. So, they will let you drive an unsafe car because they don't want to be bothered. More

Overall good experience purchasing, and Jesse Fonseca was great to work with. He was one of the best sales reps I've ever had -- polite, knowledgeable, personable, intelligent, and conscientious. If he say great to work with. He was one of the best sales reps I've ever had -- polite, knowledgeable, personable, intelligent, and conscientious. If he says he's going to call you, he calls you (which is rare these days). The only thing I found off-putting was the cash drink machine on the showroom floor. The jury is still out on the service department. We gave this dealership one more try, but if we get a repeat experience on service, this will be our last vehicle purchase here. It takes too long to get an appointment, our vehicle was in the shop for at least three weeks because two issues were not coordinated very well, and when service advisors say they're going to call you tomorrow, it's like someone tells you "The check is in the mail." More
