I took longer to decide than most customers but that was never an issue he always said and his co workers, that they just wanted to find the right car or suv for me. Do your self a favor and purchase with Jose. Bozard and Jose are the best. I’ve owned almost 70 vehicles through out my life and these guys are the best to deal with. Always nice and treat you well. I will tell you this is not the case with the majority of car dealers it’s just a fact not an opinion. Amazing deals and true premium customer experience down to every detail. More

I have never purchased a Lincoln in my life. Never even looked twice at a dealership, but my wife always wanted one so.....you know how that goes. Compared to other dealerships from other brands I have purchased from in the past, I have to say that this experience topped them all! Aesthetically, the dealership looks like a small mall and extremely clean. Didn't look like your average dealership at all. From the time we walked in, to the final wave goodbyes afterwards, we were treated like royalty. A suite reserved for signing; snacks and drinks available for comfort; the vehicle inside (it was rainy all day) right next to us as we were going through the purchasing process. No hassling. No continuous pushing of extra products. No lies to get you into a deal that benefits them and a great deal overall. I am glad we took the time and drove 45 mins out of our way to purchase from Bozard instead of one locally. It was WELL worth the trip. Jesse James, Jack Michie and Aleida Rodriguez were fantastic during the process! Extremely attentive, patient, and accommodating. Again, NO pressure. This is NOT your average dealership. We went to another Lincoln dealership closer before deciding on traveling to Bozard and the experience was NOT the same. We felt pressured and rushed, so we left to think about it, and I'm glad we did! I actually left Bozard Lincoln wanting a Lincoln of my own, but I'll let my wife enjoy hers.......for now....lol. One pleasant aspect of our experience was only having to deal with Jesse and Jonathan and not being ping ponged back and forth between managers and the sales team. Overall GREAT experience. We so appreciated Jonathan delivering our Navigator to our home and literally rolling out the red carpet and presenting our Navigator with a big red bow and thank you gift. Also we appreciate the concierge service offered for future service appointments by Bozard Lincoln. More

Our lease is coming up in 4 months and every other dealer I talked to said they couldn't help me except Bozard. Jesse worked out an amazing deal and got us into a new Navigator for much less than what the de I talked to said they couldn't help me except Bozard. Him and his associate Marcos gave us the "white glove" treatment every step of the way and we couldn't be happier with our experience. They did the paperwork remotely and delivered the vehicle to our house with a gift and red carpet (seriously). I would highly recommend Bozard and Jesse. More
