Very poor parts department, don’t give a NO ETA, part or Kit is on back order. Don’t do a delivery on a 13k bill with No Fuel in the tank and hand prints all on the doors and when ya park the veh in the bac Kit is on back order. Don’t do a delivery on a 13k bill with No Fuel in the tank and hand prints all on the doors and when ya park the veh in the back as we wait for the NO ETA on a part and the sprinklers are hard watering all over your tailgate and rear bumper… REALY Why is I the Customer can manage to LOCATE my needed part clear back in Bangor Maine from a Ford dealer and YOU are tell me Oh well we called around the area. NO GO in my book, think outside the box or somebody needs to do their job and find parts. NO ETA on parts isn’t an answer. Now my serv advisor Tyler did ok but come on find the parts the customer shouldn’t be the one doing the finding. Spot check and follow ups are always a good leadership thing to do. I won’t be going back to Lithia Ford in Boise that’s for sure. More
