My name is Jesus, I was born in Mexico City, I have been in the automotive industry starting with parts sales while going through tech school. I was a technician for 8 years and ran an independent repair shop for 6 of those years until I unfortunately had to put a pause to my under-the-hood passion due to a personal injury. Tess made the process less stressful! I dislike buying cars, insurance, homes and she was extremely pleasant and no way pushy. I came in to look and next thing I know I’ve bought a car! I dislike buying cars, insurance, homes and she was extremely pleasant and no way pushy. I came in to look and next thing I know I’ve bought a car! She delivered it to me and again explained all of the features new cars now have! My last car I had for 102K miles!!! More

2 hours for an oil change, with an appointment? No tire rotation or warranty maintenance required. This was my last pre-paid maintenance, and the last time I come back here for service. Perhaps you should go down the street to Toyota and see how they consistently get us in an out in 20 minutes or less - every single time. Real lack of initiative and zero communicative updates during the marathon oil change. More
