THE very best dealership experience I’ve ever been through. Contacted a sales representative indicating I was interested in a new vehicle. I was sent photos and descriptions of several vehicles. Upon arrival I was greeted by the appraiser who introduced me to the sales rep. My trade-in vehicle was appraised at more than I anticipated and the price of the new vehicle was an offer I just couldn’t refuse. While processing my loan application with the loan officer my new vehicle was detailed and fueled, ready for me to drive off the lot. By far, the best dealership I’ve ever encountered in my almost 70 years. This may be the last vehicle I’ll ever purchase new, but if not, I’ll be back. More

Unfortunately the day I had set aside to look at new cars was Jim’s day off so he set me up with Brad White. Brad was kind enough to find several different vehicles for me to test drive. He took the time to explain the features in each car which helped with my decision.I chose a 2019 Fiesta and I love it!! John Reis negotiated a great price and I came in the next day to pick up my car. Jim Albrecht handled the paperwork quickly and efficiently and made the buying process easy, he even helped me set up the FordPass app and connect my phone to my car ( I think that was above and beyond his duty as a salesman ). Anthony Williams helped with the final financial paperwork and made it quick and pain free. I thank all the nice people at Phil Long Ford down to the janitors ( the facility was spotless ) I will buy all my cars at Phil Long and will recommend Phil Long to all friends, family and clients More

Unfortunately, there were several caveats that came with the deal, and the closest match to that model was ~ 500 miles away. That said, my team did absolutely everything they could to make it right. We were able to find a better model, more options, and everything I wanted while honoring the advertised price! Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and the process. My sales team worked hard to match me with the right truck and at the right price. Then, they stayed late, well after closing, to ensure that everything was taken care of. Afterward, they have been super responsive to all of my questions even after the sale. So, a huge thank you to the Jim, Brad, and team. More
