The dealership reached out to us about a used truck for sale that they thought we may be interested in. Listed at almost 9,000$ and it was a reconstructed title. They spoke with my fiancé thoroughly about the car and specifically said the body or truck had NO RUST. We were indecisive about the vehicle due to the salvaged title, however for a week the dealership kept reaching to me and telling us to come in. I received a text message even stating to ask for a specific sales person when we arrived. We made it very clear we were not paying more than 6 to 7K and we set an appointment for today at 5pm. They said come on in and we will work it out. We drove two hours to the dealership, pulled in to find a HOLE in the side of truck. And that wasn’t even the worst part about the experience. While waiting on the salesman, the manager sold the truck out from under us. Now we were very upset about the unexpected hole in the cab corner, however they did not even give us a chance to ask for a quote for body work or discuss why this wasn’t mentioned. They sold the truck out from underneath us before we even arrived. I also was in contact via text message with a sales person on our drive there, you think it would of been nice if we at least got a text message that someone else was viewing the car when we had an appointment set. STAY AWAY!!!! More

On 4/30/21 I went too kelly to look at a 2021 hydro blue ram..i arrived at 415 pm i was greeted my Tony Bittenbender.. l told him what I was there for his reaction was energetic he ask me if I like too take ram..i arrived at 415 pm i was greeted my Tony Bittenbender.. l told him what I was there for his reaction was energetic he ask me if I like too take the Tony test drive and was pleased. By the time i was all done I drove my 2021 home all nice and clean .definitely love the Tony experience. More

Great People, Great Experience I purchased a 2020 Gladiator and was very specific on what I wanted. Not only did Jim Cohen help with ordering the exact vehicle that I wanted but he I purchased a 2020 Gladiator and was very specific on what I wanted. Not only did Jim Cohen help with ordering the exact vehicle that I wanted but he went above and beyond all expectations. He even went as far as to find tires that fit the style of the Gladiator better along with informing me of the new colors that I did not know about which were no additional cost to my purchase. It didn't hurt that the Jeep came in earlier than expected as well! These people know what they are doing and are extremely fair when it comes to negotiating costs. I look forward to using them in the future. More

We were approached by the salesman Jim who is more than happy to assist us even though we had no intention of purchasing a car that day. Jim took the time to show us available vehicles that we were looking for and explain each car to us. We found one that had everything we were looking for and Jim was able to make it happen. We were able to drive off the lot with our new car in a few short hours. The dealership has been excellent from start to finish and beyond. We would definitely recommend Kelly for anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More
