Honestly, I really can't say enough good things about Curtiss Ryan Honda. From the moment you enter the store, they are warm and friendly and really helpful. Over the past 20 years, I have purchased four Curtiss Ryan Honda. From the moment you enter the store, they are warm and friendly and really helpful. Over the past 20 years, I have purchased four vehicles from them, the last being just last week. Each of those times, they helped me feel comfortable, find a great car, within my budget, answered all my questions, and made me feel like family. While it was sales person Jim Cossette who made the sale this time, I had Bob DeMarco and Jack Pape who were just as important in the process. I'll see you all again when I'm ready for vehicle #5! I have purchased many new cars during my life but my experience purchasing my 2023 Honda Pilot was by far the best one at Curtiss Ryan Honda. I kept waiting for the finance manager to hard sell me on e experience purchasing my 2023 Honda Pilot was by far the best one at Curtiss Ryan Honda. I kept waiting for the finance manager to hard sell me on extras I didn't need but that didn't happen. Jim my sales person was awesome during the entire experience. I asked him initially, "what's the market adjustment price?" Jim said, "Mike, we don't operate like other dealers, the customer comes first!" I was shocked and of course happy that honesty still remains in the auto sales business. Jim contacted me throughout the process to let me know that my Pilot was being built, when it was shipped, if I wanted to add any extras like all weather floor mats, and then finally to setup pick up day. When I arrived that day, the same friendly attitude was there and Jim guided me through the car explaining all the features. It was by far the BEST car buying experience I have had and I certainly recommend Jim and Curtiss Ryan to anyone looking for a great deal and good service. Thank you Jim and Curtiss Ryan! More

This is our 4th Honda purchased at Curtis Ryan and the 2nd one Jim Cossette has assisted us with. One Pilot and 3 CRVs. Not only have our Hondas held up mechanically better over time than our other bran 2nd one Jim Cossette has assisted us with. One Pilot and 3 CRVs. Not only have our Hondas held up mechanically better over time than our other brands (and remaining rust free in the harsh northeast environment for years) but the regular service provided by Curtis Ryan has always been friendly and courteous. Jim C. kept us informed at all stages, as we patiently waited for our latest new car during a period of nationwide new car shortages, as to its factory assembly date and delivery date. It will take some time to learn all the new features on the 2023 CRV Hybrid but Jim did a great job getting us started down that road. More

I have been coming to your dealership for years. Teri sold me my last Honda and it l was 17 years old when I sold it.
