Fast response, listened and acted Submitted a 'build' for a Tacoma Limited to Lou Fusz Toyota and within 3 minutes Jim Donahue reached out to me via text and email. I got him on the ph Submitted a 'build' for a Tacoma Limited to Lou Fusz Toyota and within 3 minutes Jim Donahue reached out to me via text and email. I got him on the phone and set an appointment to come in and take out a comparable Tacoma on the lot for a drive. Came back later, told him my 'ideal' configuration, color and extras and he went to work while I was there. Found one that he could bring in from another dealer and then we worked on the deal. This was as simple and straightforward as I could have asked for. Made a deposit and left it in Jim's hands to deliver. He got the vehicle in the next morning, had it prepped and I picked it up that afternoon. Dropped of my trade in and handled the paperwork -- all within about an hour of my time. Thanks, "Bones".
