Let me tell you, when it comes to personality, professionalism, and price, Tustin Mazda cannot be beat. They set the golden standard and all of my future business will be with this team. I had the pleasure of speaking with Jim over the phone while shopping around for a MX-5 Miata and he gave me a price that would be considered "legal theft".
I walk in as the last customer of the evening and I was warmly greeted by Jim and the owner of the whole operation. They are the most genuine and honest gentlemen I have come across in any industry or business. Jim got straight to business (no funny business) and he went beyond what he promised on the phone. He offered us sandwiches (he must have a motherly side) and the numbers were accurate down to the penny.
I signed papers and drove off with my lovely new 2017 Miata past 10pm and their professionalism and service did not crack. Did you ever have that feeling or experience when you're buying a car but you dont feel like you're buying a car? Yea, first time for me too. That's why I'm coming here from now on.
P.S. When we were talking prices on the phone, Jim offered a price that I can't refuse but he also offered a kiss on the cheek. I went for the kiss and I ended up with a car. That's how I see it. I was supposed to accompany my friend with his car purchase but somehow I ended up with a brand new Miata and a great friend like Jim. It was just one of those days.

Dear Jim –
This letter is to thank you and everyone I came in contact with at Tustin Mazda while purchasing my new 2017 CX-5.
Frankly, it was one of if not the most pleasant and positive buying experiences I’ve had. From the time you reached out over the phone to the time I left your Hyundai store after turning in my Elantra, everything went very smooth.
From the beginning, I told you what I was trying to accomplish and though you certainly didn’t promise me anything over the phone, you told me that you’d do what you could to help me. And working with Eric Casillas, we were able to get a deal done that was fair and equitable to all and met my goals. Thanks Eric for all your assistance.
That you are so knowledgeable about the CX-5 was very impressive and helpful. In my experience, you went over and above in explaining and demonstrating the features of my new car. Maybe this is what all dealers are supposed to do, but from my experience, they don’t.
Debbie Ivie in finance was a joy to work with. I expected the hard sell of a bunch of stuff I probably don’t need. Though Debbie did show me what options were available to include in the deal, not for a moment did I feel uncomfortable or pressured to buy. Debbie did her part with professionalism, grace and a sense of humor. My interaction and experience with her was informative, pleasant and fun.
After the deal was done at Mazda, we headed over to your Hyundai store to turn in my Elantra. Cedric Thomas made me feel very welcome and the experience so seamless and easy; I was pleasantly surprised how quickly we were finished.
That you maintained your availability to me throughout the process was very much appreciated. I can’t think of a single time when you didn’t answer my questions and address my concerns And when you didn’t have the answers, you got them for me in very short order.
I’m sure I don’t need to tell John Patterson how good you all are and how well I was treated by everyone at Tustin Mazda, and in particular those mentioned above. Seems I did just that though and John should be proud and confident having all of you working for success on behalf of his Mazda store.
Hope I haven’t spilled too much syrup over this page. But I do mean every word I’ve written. Summing it up in one word, you are all fantastic and my experience was just as much so.

He didn't try to upsell me or anything like that. He went above and beyond for my girlfriend and I. Buying a car should be a pleasant experience, but it can sometimes prove to be somewhat stressful. Not so at Tustin Mazda! We started with their representative in Internet Sales, Chance, emailing and texting about the car we wanted and negotiating a price, from the comfort of our living room. We ended with our purchase of a 2018 Mazda CX5 in their showroom with the Internet sales manager, Jim Feinstein. The whole process was remarkably relaxed and yes, even pleasurable. Jim is very low key: No annoying upselling, or running back and forth to some unseen "manager"...just a straightforward exchange of information for the financing, and congenial conversation while the paperwork was prepared. Jim did a great job of explaining all the new features of the car, and even got my contacts loaded from my phone onto the car's bluetooth system, and programmed some navigation commands for me while we were waiting.
Best Mazda dealer (of several) in Orange County we contacted in buying this car. I'd recommend Tustin Mazda to anyone!

Was shopping on line and found a used car I liked. I contacted them received a reply right away from Jim Feinstein. He and Debbie Ivie did what no other dealer did. They got me approved and had my car waiting for when I got there. When we arrived they treated us like we were VIP.
The paperwork process was quick and smooth thanks to both of them and Lori Houts. Before we lwft Jim made a little video of my kid's and my new car. Drove home in my new car received a call to make sure we got home safe. I would highly recommend this team to anyone.

Jim Helped me to get my new Mazda3. He helped overcame my trade in car title issue that was stuck in "transfer process" by the DMV. Even though Carmax had a higher trade in value Jim also was able to get my low price that i had in mind as if he matched the Carmax trade in value himself.. Over all Jim was excellent. I was in and out the same evening with a brand new car.
