I visited Leith Nissan on March 23rd, 2022. I parked out on the lot and did not enter the showroom. Jim Gillis walked out on the lot to greet me, despite me finding out later that he was due to I parked out on the lot and did not enter the showroom. Jim Gillis walked out on the lot to greet me, despite me finding out later that he was due to leave to help his granddaughter with her math homework! He was an impressive professional from his first introduction! He listened to what I was looking for and didn't attempt to steer me in any way. He was knowledgeable of what was currently in stock and because of that, was able to show me the vehicles that met my criteria in very short order! When it came time to do the math, he presented me with several purchase options to consider for both lease and financing. I never felt pressured or rushed by Jim or the sales manager. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Leith Nissan of Cary with Jim Gillis and would highly recommend anyone considering purchasing a car on their lot to call and make an appointment with Jim! You will get a top tier car buying experience! More

They care about their customers and are willing to go the extra mile for you including management! My salesman, Jim Gillis, was and is absolutely phenomenal! He was very patient and understanding of both our desires/needs. Customer service, effective communication, delivery, and follow up is very important to me when purchasing a vehicle. He nailed all 4 areas and so much more with a personal rating of a 10. He truly exceeded our expectations! EASY TRANSACTION I was in the market for a Nissan Frontier. I contacted a total of 3 dealerships online. Fred Anderson gave me a fair price but added after market item I was in the market for a Nissan Frontier. I contacted a total of 3 dealerships online. Fred Anderson gave me a fair price but added after market items that a did not want. I also contacted Deacon Jones that asked me to give my information to get their best price. I never received this they wanted me to make an offer. which lead me to Leith Nissan. We negotiated a fair price and I picked up the Truck. I would recommend Jim Gillis if you are in the market for a vehicle. More
