Joe Albert was a great help initiating the TDI buyback process and everyone was nice to my dog! While it seemed to take hours to complete this transaction it actually wasn't that long and I actually enjoyed the process! This is without a doubt the nicest dealership I have ever dealt with, thank you all. More

Very helpful enjoyable buying experience I had a TDI that is part of the recall my Jetta was getting an oil change, and I walked down to look at the cars in the new car lot.
