Jim loves Acura because he believes their longevity and price point is the best compared to other luxury vehicles. Having a negative experience at another Acura dealership, I came to Courtesy and am thrilled I did. I had the pleasure of working with Vanessa, she was on top of everything and explained everything in detai I came to Courtesy and am thrilled I did. I had the pleasure of working with Vanessa, she was on top of everything and explained everything in detail. Went above and beyond to find quotes on tires and kept me updated on the status of my car. From Vanessa, to the mechanics working hard, the whole crew was wonderful. Oh and my car was so clean and shiny when it was returned to me, that I didn’t even know it was mine. I don’t think it was that pretty when I bought it. No detail went unchecked and there was zero pressure to do anything. If you want to feel welcome and be treated with appreciation, I absolutely 100% recommend Courtesy! More
