Everything I asked for they got it done. Well, I originally went into the dealer to look at a used Wrangler but was not completely sold on it. I was first dealing with a James Daley at about 830pm on a Friday night, it was getting late and after closing time and we could not meet on a trade value for my vehicle so I decided to wrap it up after Eddie the Sales Mgr on duty talked to me about a lease program instead of a finance program. That being said I wrapped it up that night so I could digest the info that was explained to me. Eddie explained that because it was so late that the other gentleman that does the trade value had left for the evening and asked if I was able to return the following day for a better value of my vehicle could possibly be done. I explained to them I would be back on my day off which was Veterans day. Well on Veterans day I came in and sat with Mike C. because James was off that day. I explained to Mike what transpired the last time I was in and he said he would figure it out. I explained that I decided to explore the lease opinion on a new 2016 Wrangler. Well needless to say I told Mike what I wanted and he made it happen along with James P to meet the payment amount and trade value that I wanted. I am pleased with the team I dealt with that morning. I LOVE my new 2016 Wrangler Black Bear. More

Good experience I love my truck to pieces. Needless to say you money grubbing xxxxxxxx did not make it easy to get the deal i wanted but in the end with only minimal I love my truck to pieces. I couldnt be happier with my decision and the help of the fine english gentleman who served me, doing all he could to please me (no pun intended....maybe) I left a happy man. Its like being a kid on christmas every day i see her and hear that purr.
