Both Rich and Muhamed were very cordial, attentive, informative, and as mentioned above, did not put pressure on me to complete a deal. Because of that, I was very comfortable dealing with both of them and therefore followed thru with the lease. When I picked up the car, Muhamed was very thorough in regards to the required paperwork, and making me comfortable with the operation of the car and it's controls. More

Rude and Condescending It's difficult to understand how this guy is the General Manager. I was ready to buy a vehicle from Hartford Toyota until I met Jim Webster. I found It's difficult to understand how this guy is the General Manager. I was ready to buy a vehicle from Hartford Toyota until I met Jim Webster. I found a vehicle that I liked on the internet so I placed a call to this dealership. Mike spoke to me on the phone about the vehicle and after a few conversations and him offering me a decent price, I went down for a test drive. I first met Jill, a very nice and friendly person, and she introduced me to Leslie. Leslie and I went on a test drive together and he was very accommodating and helpful. The truck was perfect for me. We went back to the dealership and Leslie started to write down the pricing. The prices were actually higher than what I was quoted over the phone. I questioned this and Leslie spoke to the manager about it. After he walked back and forth a couple of times and not getting a clear explanation of the higher price, I walked over to the manager to ask for myself. Jim shook my hand with little effort and barely acknowledged me. He said something about invoice prices and started punching numbers into his phone. Never looking me in the eye, he shook his phone and spoke in a rude and condescending manner about how he didn't know where the price Mike quoted me had come from. Unfortunately Mike was not there to verify what he had quoted. After being treated like I was wasting Jim's time, I said "Thank you for your time" and walked out. Mike, Jill, and Leslie were all accomodating and helpful and 2 out of the three of them actually apologized for Jim's actions. Another woman who I believe was from customer relations also called to apologize. Jim never called though. I will not buy a vehicle from this dealership. A General Manager should lead by example. If this guy is a leader, forget it. Theres pleanty of other places to buy vehicles. More

Leased My New 2016 Toyota Highlander Hybrid on 11/30/2016 I leased my new 2016 Toyota Highlander Hybrid yesterday at Hartford Toyota. The experience during the leasing process was amazingly easy and pleasant. I leased my new 2016 Toyota Highlander Hybrid yesterday at Hartford Toyota. The experience during the leasing process was amazingly easy and pleasant. Adam Foley was my sales associate during this process. He is a fine young man who really knows his business. He was pleasant and forthcoming with any information I requested. I went for a test drive in 3 vehicles, 2 gas-powered Highlanders and 1 Hybrid which is the one I chose. Adam was very thorough in explaining the equipment on these vehicles. He was very patient and kind all through the process. I highly recommend Adam to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from Hartford Toyota. This is the second Toyota Highlander Hybrid I purchased at this dealership. I have been a very satisfied customer of this dealership since 2007. During this time I have never had my vehicle serviced anywhere else due to the professional, pleasant staff this dealer employs. The service department is the best service department I have ever encountered in all my years of purchasing vehicles. More

Our salesman, Leslie, was gracious, understanding, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He had all the answers to our questions pertaining to the RAV-4 Limited, and added information we hadn't thought to ask. Leslie & Jim made it easy for us to say "yes" to the RAV-4. We couldn't be happier with our decision. Everyone we worked with, Jim, Tony, & Leslie, made us feel extremely comfortable. 2017 Toyota Camry XLE Purchase Just took delivery of my wife's Camry and the experience with the dealership was excellent. From test drive to driving it home everyone at Hartford Toyota kept us inform and was very responsive to and all questions we had along the way. I went to at least six different dealers before deciding to buy here. Unlike some of the other places I visited I did not receive any sales pressure or bait and switch tactics. Our salesman Gabriel Ortiz was very helpful and knowledgeable about all aspects of the Camry and made our purchase a very painless process. I would buy from Hartford Toyota again for any future needs and highly praise their sales staff. More
