While I have a few car buying horror stories to tell, I am very pleased to say this will not be one of them. My wife and I traveled from Gainesville, FL to Hyndai of St. Augustine which is an hour and a h am very pleased to say this will not be one of them. My wife and I traveled from Gainesville, FL to Hyndai of St. Augustine which is an hour and a half drive because of my conversation with their salesman Ryan Mallery. Our salesman Ryne picked the correct car for us to test drive, which for us was the 3.8 Genesis, We didn't have to trudge around in the Florida heat to view their entire inventory because Ryan drove the vehicle to the shaded outside showroom for us to inspect. The test drive with Ryan was a good experience, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and really bent backwards to serve us. Jimmy Feliciano was the most polite and friendliest Manager I have ever met. Excellent Service, everyone in the dealership from the salespersons to service manager introduced themselves and made us feel special. We would recommend to anyone Hyundai of St. Augustine. More

My wife and I visited this dealership this morning to get info on a lease we have with Hyundai. We were given answers to all our questions we asked, at no time were asked about buying a new car. After we had our answers we talked our sales person (Kenny "G") to look at SantaFe's... we were taken to them and my wife found one, we took it out for a test ride and were very happy with the SUV. Then we talked to Jimmy about financing it, we got what we wanted for a monthly payment. At this writing we have not had to deal with the service department, but I will write a review when I do. More

We came into this dealer about a month ago and purchased an Elantra for our oldest son in college. (It was cheaper total cost of ownership than used!) They offered an extremely competitive price and provided the best value for the money. When my wife's Camry is ready to retire, we will undoubtedly be back to look at the new V8 Genesis sedan. The first time my husband and I visited the dealership I had done my homework and knew the Hyundai Sonata was highly rated for safety. I explained to Eddy we wanted to see what he had on the lot but were n had done my homework and knew the Hyundai Sonata was highly rated for safety. I explained to Eddy we wanted to see what he had on the lot but were not buying that day, and also did not want to be bothered. We'd be back at some point. Eddy showed us a few cars on the lot and encouraged us to test drive, but we had no time. Knowing we didn't want to be bothered, he didn't. But he did send a "thank you" note for our stopping in, a touch I appreciated. After a couple of weeks of thinking about one of the cars we'd seen, we decided to go back, took the test drive, and bought the car. We're happy with the car, the way we were treated, and the professionalism of the personnel. More

This dealer worked very hard to get me the EXACT car I wanted. Remarkable. I live right up the street from several dealerships, just graduated college and received a gift from family up north to help me buy a new (used) car. I had gone to several dealerships with my price range and graduated college and received a gift from family up north to help me buy a new (used) car. I had gone to several dealerships with my price range and my needs and most had little or nothing to offer. I had collected cards from many of them, but didn't really intend to go back to most of them. I managed to find a day where my parents and I could look around together (the Mazda I was driving at the time was in their name, but they wanted to trade it to help me defray the cost and thus had to be there when I bought my car) and the first stop we made was Hyundai of St. Augustine. It was my mom's idea, they had actually bought the Mazda I was driving from that very location ten years ago when it was owned by Coggin, and it looked like the Hyundai place had a few used cars on the lot. So we went and met with Eddie who very quickly moved us over to a 2005 Hyundai Elantra. I'll admit the mileage, at 75,000 was a bit higher than I wanted, but I didn't know too much about Hyundai in general, so I figured I'd give Eddie the chance to explain why I should get one, and a used one, at that. I heard what he had to say, and then did some investigative work on my own through the phone (I'm a bit skeptical with salesmen regardless of what I'm buying) and everything Eddie said checked out. He gave me a great price, trading my ten-year-old Mazda for 700 even with no AC and uber high-mileage. At the end of it all, $6450 got me the perfect post-graduate car. I'm headed back in tomorrow to get touch-ups and replace the hub-caps for me. They fixed everything I asked them to, or are going to, all included, and offered me employee price on a cd-player since the Elantra only has casette. Overall a good experience, much simpler than I expected, and the people at Hyundai of St. Augustine were all very nice and very helpful. I've already suggested some of my friends go there! More
