This was my first visit to Tom Gill Chevrolet. The This was my first visit to Tom Gill Chevrolet. The location of the dealership was excellent, easy to locate just off the expressway. The purpose of This was my first visit to Tom Gill Chevrolet. The location of the dealership was excellent, easy to locate just off the expressway. The purpose of my visit was to view a used 2015 Chevy Traverse LT that was advertised on the internet. I located the vehicle within minutes of arrival, and then went into the sales room to locate a sales person. Customer service was eager to greet me and directed me to a sales representative (Jimmy Wolf). Jimmy was very pleasant, nicely dressed and offered my wife and I a beverage before going to his office to conduct our business. Jimmy was very knowledgeable of his position and attentive to my inquires. Once the purchase transaction had concluded, Jimmy offered seating for my wife and I in the waiting area while the vehicle was being prepped, cleaned and service for us to take possession off. During our wait in the visitors area Jimmy check on out needs, offered refreshments and followed up on the progress of our vehicle service. Working with Jimmy Wolf and visiting Tom Gill Chevrolet was a nice experience. Thank you for your hospitality Roger J Gross More

My salesman, Jimmy, was extremely helpful with getting me financed for my car. I really needed a car ASAP and he had me driving off the lot in 2 days.
