A friend of mine referred me to Don and Ron Westphal Chevrolet. He did not know I was coming ahead of time and upon arrival I asked for Don. Dan, my Salesperson, explained features, model differences, and alternatives all the while listening closely to what I thought I wanted. An hour and a half into the sales process we were told that the vehicle, we were lead to believe we were purchasing...in fact was already sold to someone else. After we had an accepted and agreed upon pri that the vehicle, we were lead to believe we were purchasing...in fact was already sold to someone else. No one in this dealership...not even the sales manager... knew that this vehicle wasn't for sale?? Beware of doing business with this dealership! More

The sales rep was great but as soon as we saw the sales manager it went downhill. My daughter was afraid to leave my wife alone. When I spoke on the phone with him he was rude. They lowballed us on the manager it went downhill. My daughter was afraid to leave my wife alone. When I spoke on the phone with him he was rude. They lowballed us on the trade-in and 'finally matched the comparable trade-in offers. Then sold it while my wife daugher and talked it through for 30 minutes. I know times are tough but these guys have no conscience. More

Danny really took the time to listen to everything I wanted. As a first time buyer and given that buying a car is a big purchase, I really wanted someone who would be patient and try to get to know me i wanted. 3rd times a charm My husband and I were both looking for vehicles and we had been to 2 other dealerships that day and had horrible experiences with customer service so My husband and I were both looking for vehicles and we had been to 2 other dealerships that day and had horrible experiences with customer service so we almost didn't come to Ron Westphal, but I am thankful we did. Danny greeted us out on the lot and I was upfront that we just wasted hours getting the back and forth elsewhere and I wasn't looking to do it again. I told him exactly what we wanted and the payments we were comfortable with and he went to work. Needless to say we both drove off in brand new beautiful cars that day and were extremely satisfied with the service and experience with had with Danny. More
