Salesman Trent Dixon, who welcomes me at the door, was friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating all my requests in a most courtesy manner. He obtained a great price for my trade-in and offered true price for a new CR-V without any extra markup. Trent was keeping me informed of a car delivery progress, which was received within a promised period, and was a great help during the final progressions of getting my new car ready to take home; he also follow-up with questions and assistance the following days after sale. I would like to extend my appreciations to the sales manager Joe Pens and business manager Anthony Leli for their gracious and professional attention to all aspects of sale processes.
