Excellent service. After being outright lied to by our local Nissan dealership in Salem, Oregon, we started contacting other dealers and Joe Ramirez responded immediate After being outright lied to by our local Nissan dealership in Salem, Oregon, we started contacting other dealers and Joe Ramirez responded immediately and got us into a 2023 Leaf. Even though we were 75 miles away, he made sure the car was ready and helped us remotely until we could get up to the dealership. Once there, he made sure we didn't rush and took the time to study the car before buying. The finance manager, Hamid Safavi, was also incredibly helpful even though we were at the end of their day and worked with our lender to get the paperwork squared away, and is working across state lines to try and transfer plates from an old vehicle. Cannot say enough about what a pleasure it was to work with an honest crew, and they restored the faith destroyed by our local dealer. More

If I could I would rate this place a 0. We got a car from them that really should have never been sold. After 5 weeks the car basically broke down, and Alan Webb wouldn’t help us. We bought it for 10,000 and they only wanted to give us back 6,000 and then have us buy another car from them. They are untrustworthy. They don’t care about you, they just care about making a sale because their business is so slow. The people there will argue with you and tell you the bad reviews are because of their service department, but that’s not true. It’s their entire business. They are shady, don’t even stop in at this place. They will sell you a lemon and leave you stranded. More
