Flash forward to a week later, yesterday, and I went with my aunt and uncle looking to drive away with one. "Big Joe" Rosales was our guy as he was the one who dealt with us as well a week before. He was very accommodating, patient and did everything he could for someone with a status like me, a first time buyer. He came through with flying colors, and got me the best deal. In the end I walk or should I say, drive out with a sweet new mode of transportation and a proud owner of a Mazda. More

A thoroughly enjoyable experience I was looking for a Mazda3 after an auto accident left me wheel-less. After looking around for a while, I found that Huntington Beach Mazda had just t I was looking for a Mazda3 after an auto accident left me wheel-less. After looking around for a while, I found that Huntington Beach Mazda had just the one I wanted, even Certified Pre-owned, for a nice price. I was matched up with salesman Joe Rosales, and he answered all the questions I had and got me excited to head down to HB. I came by, took a test drive with Joe Rosales' partner Fred Crystal, fell in love with the new ride. I'd always bought cars with cash, so auto financing was new to me. Fred and Joe made it an easy experience, and once it was done, Fred even took me to my rental place to return the car I'd been using. The turn-in process took a while but Fred was happy to help me out. Later, I realized there was a minor issue with the car that needed to be fixed, and even though it was not strictly covered in the warranty, Big Joe moved heaven and earth to get the repair done the next day. The service department had a great lounge with outlets and USB charging ports everywhere, so I kicked back, had a couple of cups of free coffee, and did some work. Finally, I picked up my now-perfect car, freshly washed, and enjoyed a nice ride back home. I'd recommend this dealership and its service department to anybody, and I'd be hard pressed to think of a better pair of folks to buy from than Joe and Fred. More

We had done a lot of research going in and he was able to answer all of our questions and give a clear breakdown of the price. We went on several test drives and Joe made sure we got to test all the features we were looking for. When it came to buying the car, Joe went above and beyond to get the right trim and feature package right away. He drove to pick up the car from another location and get it back to us that day. Overall, highly recommend Huntington Beach Mazda and Joe Rosales specifically. More

Unbelievable Car Buying Experience! I normally hate going to a car dealership to shop for a vehicle, but Joe Rosales and Huntington Beach Mazda have changed my mind! Working with Joe wa I normally hate going to a car dealership to shop for a vehicle, but Joe Rosales and Huntington Beach Mazda have changed my mind! Working with Joe was like hanging out with a my neighbor or a friend from church. Absolutely no pressure. And oh my goodness, they served us lunch! Fresh ground coffee and hot chocolate! Doing the paperwork was also completely pressure free and fast. This was my son's first car and when we were finished with the deal, Joe drove the car up with a giant bow on the hood. Fantastic! Then he took pictures of my son and the car and sent us a short video to memorialize the moment. I can't believe there is this much to say about our experience. I 100% will return to "Big" Joe and Huntington Beach Mazda! More

Great Experience Working with the Mazda HB Team I had a great experience working with Joe and the whole HB Mazda staff. I got the exact car I wanted, and am very happy with my purchase. I recently had to come back into the dealership to get my black powder coated rims installed (they look amazing btw), and they have a very comfortable and accommodating lounge where you can wait for your vehicle to be serviced. I recently had a problem with my phone contacts not syncing to my new car, so I came in and Joe Rosales took the time to make sure it connected properly, after about an hour trying to figure it out myself and spending over 30 minutes on the phone with Apple (iPhone would not sync), Joe was able to help me out in 5 minutes flat. This is my family's second purchase at this dealership and we are very happy with our cars. Thank you! More
