I have never experienced such unprofessional and lack of customer service in my life. I had an issue with my vehicle and as always called to schedule a service appointment. I was transferred to Joel Burciag customer service in my life. I had an issue with my vehicle and as always called to schedule a service appointment. I was transferred to Joel Burciaga. He seemed frustrated, stressed and overwhelmed. As a business owner I know the pressures of dealing with customers and lack of help but at no point in my career have I ever treated a customer like they did not deserve my help or attention. My initial call was Wednesday June 14th. Today is June 24th and I have yet to hear from Joel Burciaga. I called on Monday June 19th and a receptionist by name of Desiree was so kind to go to him directly in an attempt to expedite the call back but he in turn told her to have me call the salesman who sold me my vehicle to help me. I was like WOW! I didn’t purchase my vehicle from the Gwinnett location she was at a loss for words because at that point we both were lost but I must say Desiree was so sweet and professional and offered to send a service manager an email regarding my issue. I still haven’t received a call or email from the manager or Joel Burciaga. By Wednesday I decided to call Hennessy Lexus on Peachtree Industrial and received an appointment date and time and they are short of help to but it didn’t stop the best customer service and care for my vehicle possible. I will never patronize Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett again. I strongly recommend Joel Burciaga revisits his welcome packet I’m sure the section on customer service could use some dusting off. More
