"A lot of hurdles"
Initially I would have said that this was the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. It took 13 days from the time I walked in the door and gave a deposit, to the time I walked out with a car (which had been sitting in the lot the whole time). With that being said, Scott did EVERYTHING in his power to mend the mess that was created by a coworker and the unique challenges that I presented as a customer. He went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service, even picking me up on the day of the purchase. I’m extremely happy with my new car!
