Very impressed with Riverhead Toyota: Their online listing of vehicle was accurate, they responded to my inquiry quickly, they negotiated fairly, and they delivered everything they said they would. Doing business with Riverhead Toyota was a sincere pleasure. I requested pricing via website and Joel Minichiello provided with all the information I needed. When I arrived for my appointment there was a sign welcoming me at the front desk where I met Sheerie who was pleasent and compitent. She went over all the features of the vehicle I was interested in also pricing and service questions. I appreciated her professionalism and overall knowledge of the vehicles mechanical and systems operations. There was no pressure, just information and confidence in the brand she was representing. Chris Weitz put together my financing. I was pleased that all the paperwork was correct and there were no unwanted surprises. The numbers were the numbers we agreed upon. He has a very positve and forward business presence. Sheerie and Chris must be very happy working for Riverhead Toyota because they represent them with honesty and sincerety.
