Satisfied Experience I was predisposed to be apprehensive of dealing with dealership salespeople due to my expectation of pressured sales tactics. However, dealing with Mr. Stevko proved to be a satisfactory buying experience with out any pressure tactics but a helpful approach in assisting me to make the best decision for my needs. First-time car buyer I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson. Joel was easygoing, patient & I felt he had my best interest at heart without being pushy and Im so th I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson. Buying experience. I received a fair deal for the Equus and trade-in. It took too long to pay for the new car. Because it took more than three hours after agreeing on th I received a fair deal for the Equus and trade-in. It took too long to pay for the new car. Because it took more than three hours after agreeing on the deal, it was 7:00 pm when the sale was completed and they did not have time to demonstrate the features or pair my phone. Dealership should have an apps person to demonstrate high tech vehicles like the Equus. For example, card key should have not been placed with service manual portfolio binder. When it was placed in the glovebox, we could not lock the car from the door handle button. Dealer service did help me over the phone to alert me about the card key being in the car. More
