Excellent customer care from their service department personnel, particularly Joe Huynh. For the last 7-8 years, l have used Norm Reeves Honda to care for my older Accord and have never had a complaint o personnel, particularly Joe Huynh. Service Rep (Jospeh Huynh) is extremely helpful. I mentioned I am relocating out of state and wanted to make sure my car was in the best shape for the drive.
