My new vehicle had a defect which found on during purchase. Dan Landrum was the representative assigned to assist after my 3rd attempt. If my vehicle could have remained on lot until repaired. Jimmy the sales rep and Maria and Joey (if I remember their name correctly) in finance were great, Jimmy did a great job answering my questions and taking the time to break things down for me as well as their name correctly) in finance were great, Jimmy did a great job answering my questions and taking the time to break things down for me as well as getting the truck into payments I could afford, and finance did a fabulous job (with some urging of course) keeping my payments where I could afford them. When I noticed something was wrong with our car tire I was so worried it would cost us a fortune. Mick took great care of us and was so honest about what was needed for the vehicles safety vs what just co was so worried it would cost us a fortune. Mick took great care of us and was so honest about what was needed for the vehicles safety vs what just cosmetic and optional. I went in expecting it to have a cracked wheel, bent rim, and need a new tire. However they looked at everything and all I needed was a tire, everything balanced well otherwise. They were flexible with when I could schedule bringing it in and made the whole process a breeze. I used the shuttle service to go to the craft store up the road while my vehicle was worked on and everything worked out great and went very smoothly. Thank you to the best service department in the 75087 / 75032 area! More
