I absolutely love Braxton and Beau both. Braxton my salesman put me in an affordable vehicle and was incredibly helpful each step of the way! He also kept my daughter entertained so that Bea Braxton my salesman put me in an affordable vehicle and was incredibly helpful each step of the way! He also kept my daughter entertained so that Beau in financing could get my undivided attention, and give me a warranty to cover all my needs! 20/10 recommend! I first went to Tom McNally who was incredibly nasty and made me uncomfortable. But do not allow one employee to take from the rest of the amazing staff! So glad Beau made me comfortable and was so helpful where Tom was not! More

Mr. Dav order my truck and made the process so easy! Then when I came in I finished my trade in with the sales guy Mr. David. He was AMAZING. Unlike any sales man I’ve ever dealt with. The quality of service, the truly honest communication, and the overall car-buying experience at this dealership are AMAZING! My most recent purchase (and most emotionally significant) was a 2023 Ford Bronco Wildtrak...and if you have followed the Bronco saga for even a day...you know how extremely difficult it is to obtain one of these vehicles. The team at Hall Ford worked with me to place my original order in February of 2022...due to supply chain issues and parts constraints my vehicle had to be re-ordered in September which then crossed into the Model Year 2023. David Camper contacted me on the first day the new order banks opened and re-ordered my vehicle...because he did this in such a timely fashion...I was able to get my build scheduled within a month of his re-order! This is almost unheard of in the Bronco world. His diligence and the diligence of the team at Hall Ford led to me picking up my Bronco on December 31st, 2022. Truly a car buying experience I will NEVER forget! The bottom line: I love my Bronco and the team at Hall Ford Elizabeth City from top to bottom is fantastic. While I live in the Southern Virginia/North Carolina corridor I will NEVER buy from another dealership. Period. This team is that good. My experience from the initial order to changes of accessories, to the final purchase, was hands down AMAZING! So, this will be the fourth vehicle that I have purchased from Hall Ford Elizabeth City and the car buying experience just keeps getting better. Mr. David Camper helped me order a 4-door 2022 Bronco Wildtrac from Hall Ford Elizabeth City and the car buying experience just keeps getting better. Mr. David Camper helped me order a 4-door 2022 Bronco Wildtrack. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and quickly got me everything I wanted and placed the order while we were sitting in his office. By the time I got to my car, I received a confirmation email from Ford Motor Company for my order. David was honest about the amount of time this type of order would likely take and managed my expectations. For those that do not know, this is likely the hottest selling vehicle in the U.S. today...so he was upfront in telling me it could take a year from order to delivery. He was not overly optimistic, but he also was not a complete downer either. He just told me the truth and I have to say it was completely refreshing. If you are in the market for a vehicle, I recommend you take the time to check out Hall Ford Elizabeth City before you buy a car. The dealership may not currently have a huge selection of vehicles due to the microchip and semi-conductor shortage, but they will do everything they can to get you what you want as quickly as possible. David has won several prestigious sales awards over the years and for good reason, he is honest, knowledgeable, and listens to your wants. Do yourself a favor and go to this dealership, I promise you will have nothing short of an amazing experience. Needless to say, I am extremely excited to receive my Bronco and look forward to continuing to work with all the great people at Hall Ford Elizabeth City! So, this is the third vehicle I have purchased from Hall Ford in Elizabeth City and every purchase just gets better! In today’s day and age there is something to be said about loyalty from the customer AND Ford in Elizabeth City and every purchase just gets better! In today’s day and age there is something to be said about loyalty from the customer AND the business. The team at Hall Ford Elizabeth City knows this and takes care of their customers. I have never felt like just a number or just another sale. I always feel welcome in the dealership. Maybe it’s the smaller town or just being in North Carolina but buying vehicles or having work done on them is just better here. I originally took my 2017 Ford Expedition EL down to have some service performed by the amazing service department and while there was introduced to a sales representative who inquired about possibly trading it in on a new vehicle. Scott Mitchell was my sales rep and he did a fantastic job of showing me around a 2020 Expedition Max Limited. He talked about the differences and upgrades etc. from the 2017 to the 2020 and was knowledgeable and easy going, so I asked him if he could get some numbers on pricing for me. The entire sales team at Hall Ford/Hall Hyundai Elizabeth City are great, especially the management team. David Shope and KJ were super easy to work with and gave me everything I needed upfront to say yes on the deal. If you are thinking about getting a vehicle, please consider Hall Ford Hyundai in Elizabeth City. Although you might save a few dollars going to another dealer, in the end...you get what you pay for.
