Never again! Just to clarify, the salesman John was great throughout the entire ordeal. That being said every other aspect of this experience was disastrous. Was sold a Cadillac with a supposed clean car fax only to find out the day after delivery the vehicle had been in a accident. I can't even begin to figure out how this even happens. Long story short after going thru multiple managers and being put off, the dealership reluctantly decided to either repair the Cadillac or I could find a possible exchange vehicle. Again to my disbelief all the possible replacement vehicles ended up having some sort of previous body damage. Even had this agreed upon by the body shop manager. Unbelievable. In the end I had to settle for a less optioned impala. My only concern now is, I know they'll still end up selling the Cadillac I returned to another unknowing customer. Sad but true. Same goes for the remainder of the wrecked used cars on their used car lot. Honestly there should be a better system in place to find this out for themselves and either return the vehicles where they came from or at least know upfront the cars are damaged and in need of repair. This is a sad situation for a what used to be reputable dealership. I warn everyone and anyone in advance, if your interested in a used vehicle avoid this dealership at all cost. More

John Degregario was an excellent salesperson. I got to the dealership for my appointment and John was waiting to greet me at the door. He made me comfortable in that I felt he was looking for the best deal for me. He was aware of different discounts that I could use and he was honest about everything that we talked about. He believed that a Chevy Trax was a good car for me because my old Chevy Malibu was low to the ground and I had to lift myself up to get out of the car. He was right. I really love this car already and it is a joy to drive and get in and out of. I have already recommended John to a friend (that is how much I liked his work ethic). When this lease is up, I will return to him because I trust him. I had a bad experience at my last Chevy dealer so I was probably being too careful but he took that in stride and answered anything I asked. He is a super salesman. Thanks. John Carroll was very thorough and took care of all the financing and explained everything he was doing to me. It is a super idea to have Anton sit in the car with buyers and explain all the internet aspects and the uses for all the dashboard settings. Thanks to him also - he is very knowledgeable with IT information. Great experience all around. More
