After a difficult time sourcing my vehicle through a dealer trade both Jeff and John went the extra mile to ensure that we came away with the original car discussed. They even threw in a couple oil chan dealer trade both Jeff and John went the extra mile to ensure that we came away with the original car discussed. They even threw in a couple oil changes as an apology for a situation that was out of their control. We were in the market for a new car and really only wanted to look at what Ford had to offer. We had previously bought an F150 from John Estrada, so it was natural for us to seek out John for our next wanted to look at what Ford had to offer. We had previously bought an F150 from John Estrada, so it was natural for us to seek out John for our next purchase. His professionalism and expertise drew us to Sill-Terhar. He let us "kick the tires" for a couple of days and guided us while we narrowed down our needs and desires into a package that really fits our lifestyle. The Finance Department was able to get us a GREAT rate with a lender that we trust. We greatly appreciate everyone that assisted in our purchase. This was the best car-buying experience I have had. I would definitely recommend the sales staff that I worked with. I was lucky enough to have John Estrada and Jeff Callies help me look for a new car. I would definitely recommend the sales staff that I worked with. I was lucky enough to have John Estrada and Jeff Callies help me look for a new car. Initially, John showed me several models on the lot and took me for a test drive. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He was also unique (in my experience) in that he actually listened to what I was looking for rather than pushing his idea of a good vehicle for me. Even when I left after the test drive, he did not push me on returning to the dealership. He was comfortable letting me make that decision. Even though a Ford vehicle was not top on my list at the end of my initial shopping day, I came back to this dealership because of John and because of the cleanliness and atmosphere of the dealership in general. On my return visit, John was working with someone else, so Jeff helped me. Also very attentive to what I was looking for in a car, Jeff was able to thoroughly answer every question I had about the vehicle. His combination of being personable and so technically knowledgeable are again rare and were very much appreciated. Even after the purchase, they continued to provide good service when I brought the car back in for tinting. As just one more example of how well this dealership treated me, they under-quoted the price for one option that I decided to go with. They quickly realized this, but still gave me the previously quoted price without me even having to ask them. They didn't ask to "split the difference", but up front said they would cover it. There may be other dealers who would do this, but unfortunately I have not had the privilege of buying a car from any in my lifetime. More

I looked on the internet and located a 2010 Lincoln MKX at Sill-TerHar Motors that had low mileage. John Estrada greeted me and asked me how he could be of help. This was my first time to shop for a car at at Sill-TerHar Motors that had low mileage. John Estrada greeted me and asked me how he could be of help. This was my first time to shop for a car at Sill-TerHar and my first time to meet John Estrada. John is an OUTSTANDING Sales Professional who very effectively listens to his customers to discover how he can help and is very knowledgeable of the inventory of cars available. John was excellent at discovering my needs and ideas and at helping me understand the value of the 2010 MKX. After John helped me see the value in this car, he made me feel very comfortable in purchasing the MKX. John has a wonderful way with people and makes the buyer feel important. He has lots of respect for Sill-TerHar Motors and their team and has integrity and the ability to articulate his ideas, knowledge, and understands the needs of his customers. My husband and I have now purchased our 4th vehicle with Sill-Terhar, 3 with John. We had high expectations with our 3rd vehicle. After only 9 months with the 3rd vehicle we were unhappy with the car, n Sill-Terhar, 3 with John. We had high expectations with our 3rd vehicle. We called John who listened and was understanding and we brought in the car and the same day we drove off in our 4th vehicle. Working with John was non-pressure and great experience. Our first car we bought was 140,000 miles, so we will be back to buy #5 with John at Sill-Terhar. More

My husband and I tried in vain to buy a used car through a local dealership. Having not been successful, my husband scoured the internet and found what looked like a promising car. My husband contacted John "Ponch" Estrada, and John was very helpful in getting us the information about the car we were interested in. John emailed and called my husband back promptly. We drove down to Sill-Terhar on a Saturday (not at all expecting to buy the car), and we negotiated on the price of the car (it was a little higher than we wanted, which is the only "OK" they received on the rating). John was busy with other customers, so he had Greg Johnson work with us. Greg was helpful and forthright with us. Everything that needed to be fixed before we would actually purchase the car was fixed (they even threw in brand new tires because the car wouldn't align properly). We also very much appreciated that Greg showed us an invoice of all the work that had been done to the car while the dealership had it. That was actually the catalyst for us purchasing the car on the spot. I think what impressed us the most is that we were buying a used car, but were treated like we were buying a top-of-the-line vehicle. I would absolutely buy another car from them and would have no qualms, at all, suggesting them to a friend. More
