Here is their initial text to me from the service department: Good morning, Yes sir he got the diag finished last night before we left. It does need to have the lifters replaced on it. To do the lifters you're looking at $7189.44. I do have to order the parts so we would be looking at next week for completion. Once the parts arrive i would have a better idea of which day and time exactly. Please let me know how to proceed. Surprised at the cost for what should be (in my mind) around an 8 hour job. Asked for written estimate and it started to makes some sense. But still high. John Fletcher the service director reached out to me to discuss and explained everything very well. He worked with me on the margins he had available to him an I am happy to say we worked it out in the end. Rachel, the service tech, did her job without fault and I applaud her for working with a somewhat disillusioned customer. More

my wife contacted the service department about getting an appointment to get our equinox oil changed, The rep said they were too busy to talk and someone would call us back. About 4 hours later she again called and was told they are too busy to talk to her and that someone would call her back. She said forget it and a rep from ford was very friendly to her and immediately scheduled an appointment, I have purchased four equinox but now I'll soon be in the market for a new vehicle and will be going to ford because you are just too busy to talk to your customers. You may want to let whomever answers the phone know how important it is to be friendly and assist the customer. See what one poor response can do???? More

As on several previous occasions Christian assisted me in a professional yet friendly manner. This was the second time in about 16 months that I traded two vehicles in for two new vehicles. Christian is very highly product knowledgeable and when asked is very open to share his thoughts and opinions, in a very positive way. Over the last 4 1/2 years I have purchased ten vehicles from Mealey and Christian has been involved with them all .... thanks Christian! I showed up at the dealership about 12.3 I called this morning and requested an oil change today if possible. I was given a time of 6:00 this evening. I showed up at the dealership about 12.30 pm and spoke to Nicole Walrath. She stated she had an opening at 3:00 this afternoon. I came back about 2:00 and told Nicole I was there. She processed the paperwork and I took a seat in the waiting room. My keys were returned to me at 2:52 and Nicole asked me to follow her to the cashier. It was a pleasure dealing with Nicole again. I bought my 2011 Malibu at the dealership and have been very pleased with my interaction with all the employees. More
