Visited the dealership to purchase a van. Was referred to John Giordano. Took him several days to contact us (had to contact the dealership again to find out what was happening). Have been waiting over to John Giordano. Took him several days to contact us (had to contact the dealership again to find out what was happening). Have been waiting over a week and still no information or call back from him. Bought a Guy Harvey F150 pickup from this dealership three years ago. Apparently they aren't concerned with helping repeat customers. Heading to Veterans Ford to make my purchase. VERY disappointed with this dealership! More

We bought a new car. There are some sounds i hear that i think are not "normal" for a new car. I don't feel taken seriously. They just ran the engine next to another and said they sound the same. After I no think are not "normal" for a new car. I don't feel taken seriously. They just ran the engine next to another and said they sound the same. After I notified them they saw that there was a rubber seal sticking out of the set windows by the back seat in November. They would order a new one to replace it. It was in February I got a call that the window arrived for replacement. After we made the appointment they replaced it in just over an hour. So that was good. I haven't decided yet wether to go to another dealer or give them another chance. Time will tell. More
