I booked in to get my inspection sticker. Upon arrival I was told there would be a delay as the technician wasn’t in that day. If I hadn’t gone to see how long it would take who knows how long I would have had to wait. Not very impressed More

It was great that the dealership could diagnose my problem the first day it happened. I returned the next day to have my car fixed After two hours, I was informed that someone ordered only one of the problem the first day it happened. I returned the next day to have my car fixed After two hours, I was informed that someone ordered only one of the needed parts. I had to return the next day. Luckily, my car was fixed promptly. I am concerned that the problem with the car may have occurred to other Prius owners. I saw some discussion on the Prius Chat forum. I also was charged more than expected, parts only $25.96, but the labor charge was $363 with an additional miscellaneous-'customer pay charge supply waste for repair order.' More
