My Dream Car I was so excited to finally pick up my dream car, a "2015 MUSTANG"! I have waited 14 years to get this car and I cannot express what a wonderful mome I was so excited to finally pick up my dream car, a "2015 MUSTANG"! I have waited 14 years to get this car and I cannot express what a wonderful moment this was for me. My dear friend, Lance, took me to Five Star and said I was like a kid, nervous chatter and full of anticipation like Christmas morning! Crystal Sanders made the initial part go very quickly. It was then time to sign my life away with Mr. Little, but worth every penny! Highlight was to meet Terry Rich, in person, and he was so kind to escort me down to the new car for a kodak moment! I teared up when I saw my car for the first time, with a lovely purple bow on the outside. A little something special from Crystal and much appreciated!!!! I was then handed the key and my dream came true. I cannot thank everyone enough for making this such a very easy process. I would like to say thank you to Mr. Jerry Reynolds, I have now heard your radio show and have read in more detail about the car buying process you describe. Thank you for taking the time to email me late on a Saturday evening. I would definately purchase my next vehicle from Five Star. However, not anytime soon, I have the vehicle I have always wanted! They were friendly, easy going and generally wanted to help us through the process of looki The two salesman that my wife and I dealt with were great. They were friendly, easy going and generally wanted to help us through the process of looking for a car, picking what features we wanted or didn't want and finally purchasing the vehicle. I would recommend both of them to anyone wanting to look for a car at Five Star Ford. The only regret I have from the experience is that we went to the dealership during their busiest time of the year (there was a sales event) and had to wait for the finance guy for a long time before we could actually purchase the vehicle. The problem was that no one was able to give me an estimated time before the finance guy could see us so we just left and came back the next day to finish the purchase and that work out well. The finance guy we dealt was friendly and conversational and he made it quick and easy for us. More

Beyond expectations! My wife & I came in wanting to look at the new Fusions & John Little took us on a Journey full of color, power & technology! He got the ball rolling My wife & I came in wanting to look at the new Fusions & John Little took us on a Journey full of color, power & technology! He got the ball rolling for us but It was late on a Friday so we did come the next day & John was busy with another customer so he passed us on to Lee Clanton who was able to answer all of are questions & really solidified the car we wanted. This was a very large decision for us because we are nearing retirement & do not want to make a mistake. Lee did not push us into a sale, he just said go to dinner & think about it, we did, & came back a couple days later & found both John & Lee were on vacation. John had told Crystal Sanders to be looking for us & she was. Wow what a knowledgable young girl! She got all the process moving & all of the sudden we were sitting in front of Tut Edwards to look at all the financing available, what a dynamic personality, (I think he would like to be called KING TUT)! He explained the loan in every way, with extended & without warranties & let us make the decision without any pressure. Now I know why they call them a SALES TEAM! We are now the proud owners of a 2016 Fusion! Thank you Team!!! More

I CANNOT say enough nice words about how Crystal listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and treated me as if I were her only customer throughout the entire process from start to finish. Everyone at the dealership was super to deal with and was fantastic! I chose a 2015 Ford Escape SE and could not be happier! Thanks to Crystal, John Little and Freddie Valdovinos in the Finance Dept for giving me the ultimate in "The Freddie Finance Experience!!". Joe say down made me feel comfortable and at easy. Not like some sales people that pressure you into something you don't like. Thankful to Joe I have a great car, he stayed within budget and heck even a great color. FINALLY had a painless experience. More

Extra Miles and Miles and Miles This was the 3rd time I have dealt with John and 1st with Crystal! As usual they were patient with us when we came in uncertain of which car we wanted This was the 3rd time I have dealt with John and 1st with Crystal! As usual they were patient with us when we came in uncertain of which car we wanted. After driving 5 different cars, settled on a 2013 Taurus - however, there was one major problem! I test drove it and there was residual cat hair in the car. The previous owners had a cat, and I am EXTREMELY allergic to cats, so they said they would vacuum and go over the car with a fine-tooth comb! Actually their "fine-tooth comb" turned out to be a blacklight hanging from the back handles while they vacuumed and vacuumed and vacuumed! The only thing that makes me sad is they did not take a video of it! HA! This is just one example of their EXTREME customer service! 5+ Stars to John and Crystal! I have recommended them to others and will of course use them again and again!!! Thank you John and Crystal! Also want to give a shout out to the ladies at the front desk! Great Job there as well! More
