John Little was assisting other customers when we arrived, and made sure that we didn't have to wait, and turned us over to Crystal. Crystal answered all of our questions, with patience, and took her time to ensure that we were satisfied. I never have had the experience I had with finance that I had with Bob Little. Bob Little is funny , puts you at ease, answered our questions, and was not a high pressure sales person, making this a great experience. Service Trifecta This is the third vehicle we've purchased from Five Star Ford, and the second with Crystal and John. Both have been great to work with from start to finish. I was looking for an F-150 and had a set of must haves along with some nice-to-haves. They found a truck that hit all of the required features and most of the nice-to-haves as well. They also worked with us to keep things within budget. When it came to financing, Bob was easy to work with and very personable. He also found that we were eligible for an extra $1000 in incentives when he reviewed the purchase, which was certainly a welcome bit of news. As it happened, the day we were going to take delivery was the day before my birthday as well as a Friday, but there was a small mishap while the truck was being washed, so they had to wait for Monday to get it fixed. Crystal delivered the truck personally to our house Monday evening and even had the back seat filled with balloons and a thoughtful gift to celebrate my birthday. I'd say that this is service beyond the call and I was impressed by the experience. More
