I was a little disappointed when I found out how much my trade-in is now being sold for and what I was offered. Before I brought my vehicle, and I did a Kelley blue book to figure out what trade-in value would be even if I sold it as a private owner, and they doubled the price. Which make me feel good that my vehicle is still in great condition, but also was a little disheartening seeing that McDonald’s should’ve probably offer me a little more for it even after my research I was a little disappointed in that but overall thankful for them working with me More

Customer service here is always great and staff is super friendly. Still the only issue I have is the vehicle was supposedly "Certified Pre-Owned", but since purchasing 6 months ago, we've replaced the roto friendly. Still the only issue I have is the vehicle was supposedly "Certified Pre-Owned", but since purchasing 6 months ago, we've replaced the rotors and serviced the AC. You would think that would have been caught during the vehicle inspection. More

Superb customer service, extremely professional and great expertise on VW models!! Tanner was able to work with me for my new car and I most certainly appreciated him taking the time to give me an in-depth t expertise on VW models!! Tanner was able to work with me for my new car and I most certainly appreciated him taking the time to give me an in-depth tour of my Tiguan the following day. I had no issues with the final vehicle price as Tanner was able to help lock in a great rate for me. My trade-in was quoted very fair and my time at the dealership was fast as I had 0 wait time especially for it being the weekend. When it came to the financing process, Sam was extremely professional, quick, and knowledgeable. Again, this dealership has phenomenal customer service and I would highly recommend them in the future. It was a pleasure doing business! Thanks guys! More
