John gave excellent customer service by coming in on his day off to test drive the vehicle with me. The dealership personnel were very professional and courteous. After delivering the vehicle there was a v day off to test drive the vehicle with me. The dealership personnel were very professional and courteous. After delivering the vehicle there was a vibration. When I called and told John of the issue I encountered he told me to bring it in and it would be taken care of at no cost to me. First off, Cain dealership lobby is empowering and the welcoming bodies make it difficult not to want a mutual, long-term relationship. Both employees exhibited professionalism and provided distinguishing service. John was determined to arrange follow ups and seal the deal, as well as fulfill finicky requests that I propsed to him. Furthermore, Chris was able to excel my expectations with my financing the vehicle of choice and exhausted all options for a lower interest rate. John and Chris answered all questions without frustration or annoyance and was pleased to earn my business. Both these representatives made this "necessary evil" purchase the most exciting and yet fulfilling. I am determined that I will continue to be a client at Cain BMW for many years to come. More

The lease on my 2008 Toyota Solara convertible was coming up and I had been looking for a new convertible. After dealing with other car dealerships and having horrible experiences my husband and I on the sp up and I had been looking for a new convertible. After dealing with other car dealerships and having horrible experiences my husband and I on the spur of the moment decided to check out the BMW. To our surprise when we walked into the Cain BMW dealership we were met by John Rommell whom I had dealt with in the past and he had sold me two other cars at a previous dealership. We went into his office and told him what I wanted. As always John gave us a fair price and there was no hastle. He said he had to order the car and it would be four weeks. Four weeks later the car arrived and have been very happy with the car for the three weeks I have had it. I have asked John to do a few other things and he has handled them with the quality and service that you expect. Buying a car should never be an unpleasant experience and with John it was hastle free. Gail Hackett More
