We. test drove the car and were prepared to purchase. Took a closer look under the hood, found suspicious markings on the motor. When checking the Carfax test drove the car and were prepared to purchase. Took a closer look under the hood, found suspicious markings on the motor. When checking the Carfax, Found the motor had been replaced buy the dealer with a used motor. Questioned the salesman, he could not verify the Carfax or our inquiry. Asked to speak to a Manager who refused to meet with us, or provide information about the motor replacement. We walked away because of the dealerships dishonesty and refusal to deal with the situation. We found the mileage was different on the motor than advertised. First, that is ileagle but more importantly it is immoral. We have purchased from Checkard Flag in the past, and could have reported this to DMV. We decided not to report it, however will NEVER purchase from Checkerd Flag again and will tell all our family and friends about your ethics. More

It honestly hurts me to make this post because I specifically chose this location because of a bad experience my wife and I had at another location. The first time we came to visit the service depar specifically chose this location because of a bad experience my wife and I had at another location. The first time we came to visit the service department everybody was beyond nice, extremely helpful and then yesterday was the complete opposite with this being our only car that is out of commission right now all I was trying to do was seek help because my special needs kids have appointments and we were just checking on the status of the car just to see if it’s even been looked at or we can get a loaner or something. The African-American lady who I encountered seemed like she was going out of her way to be rude. I understand everybody has a bad day, but at the same time I didn’t do it to you. This was my first time speaking with you today , and all I wanted to do was make sure that I am on the list to get a loaner and see if they can also fix the recall issue that was just emailed to us yesterday. I really hope this situation can be rectified because like I said, we love coming here. To add onto this review the car was towed in Monday. We didn’t have an appointment untill Tuesday which is fine we’re about to go on day three of it not even being with that we’ve also been trying to call for 6 days AND NO ONE ANSWERS or even text back hence the reason why I had to go up there twice to check on it. I called today and some person on the switchboard says yeah we’ve been trying to get in contact with them for a while everybody quit if that’s the case. Once again, the car is been sitting there since Monday why is nobody let me know that it’s going to be a long time Even Jeep corporate tried getting hold of them twice was on the phone on hold for 10 minutes. With corporate trying to get through to them just for them not to answer to corporate either. I bought this brand new car to be reliable and dependable all I’m trying to do is trying to get it serviced and get this problem with my engine fixed. It’s awfully inconvenient trying to reschedule two special-needs children’s doctors appointments because you don’t have a car not everybody has the money to sit here and get a loaner for weeks at a time Jeep’s only going to cover for 10 days of a rental Once again, the car is been sitting there six days we’re almost out of time we were told by a tech when we went up there that we’re on the loner list but honestly, I don’t have faith in that at this point in the car’s virtually stuck there because it won’t start and we can’t drive it somewhere else. Will do anything to move vehicles. When there is a major problem with your used vehicle and you request to return it, count on this guy to give you the run around to buy time. They support this kind of behavior. This employee even wrote a review on how great the service department was to raise their ratings. Then in person he told us how lousy the service department was. Not only did he write two reviews to boost ratings, but then his manager commented on the post and thanked him. The manager then left a comment like he didn’t even know he worked there. How shady! I don’t know if anyone told these guys but writing reviews for a place that you work at is unethical as stated by Google. That being said, if you are that unethical and think it’s okay to leave those reviews, what lines will be crossed to make a sale? On the customer service end I’d give this sales person zero if I could on sales and a five for being a shady car salesman who will do anything for the sale including writing inflated Google reviews to cover up incompetence at the time and raise ratings. Buyer beware with this guy for sure. He is a true salesman who will have every interest you have to befriend you and push a vehicle on you he knows is junk. However, not my place to judge, that’s karma’s job. My job is to just observe and post my experience so that another person does not have to go through the awful experience of trusting this salesperson. Karma will take of the rest. More
